Training Coordinator, Human Resources

At Singapore Aero Support Services (SASS), we are seeking a proactive HR Training coordinator who is meticulous, keen to learn and detail-oriented to support our growing Team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires. You will assist in coordinating onboarding activities, manage HR documentations, and supporting training initiatives for our operational workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
New Hires’ Onboarding
  1. Assist HR Team in end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees.
  2. Act as the point-of-contact for new hires for the arrangement of onboarding day.
  3. Assist in coordination of pre-employment courses and trainings for new hires, including checking of course results.
  4. Collate and assist with Airline House Clearance applications for new hires.
  5. Direct new hires to office during their onboarding day.
  6. Liaise with Recruiters in ensuring proper filing of documents for new hires.
  7. Assist in the submission of Hiring Lists to SIA Engineering Company’s HR Team.
  8. Assist with SAP Number and Win2K Account deregistration process for resignees.
  9. Liaise with Kitting Team for the issuance of uniforms to new hires during onboarding day.
  10. Ensure completion of the Induction Checklists for all new hires.
  11. Consolidate and provide new hire list and disseminate to Operation Managers and HR Division on a monthly basis.
Training Coordination
  1. Assist the Training Team with administrative duties.
  2. Liaise with the respective institutions for course schedules in advance.
  3. Assist in course registration and keep participants informed of the course confirmation details.
  4. Assist in Work Study Programme Administration.
  5. Assist with the verifying of training invoices.
  6. Maintain and update training calendars, records and database timely in HRIS.
  7. Maintain proper documentation for Audits and Compliance requirements.
  8. Generate Training metrics reports.
  9. Attend to queries from prospective trainees.
  10. Attend career fairs with the Training Team when necessary.
Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in HRM or related qualification, with or without relevant experience are welcomed

3. Class 3/3A driving license is advantageous.
