Job summary

A prominent international firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to manage human resources and administrative functions for large-scale Oil & Gas projects. This role involves overseeing recruitment, compliance, and cross-border workforce management, with a strong emphasis on operations in challenging project environments. A Master’s degree and at least 5 years of HR experience in Oil & Gas or EPC are required, with proficiency in Chinese preferred. The position demands excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR & administrative experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance, visa processing, and project-based HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment for project sites.
  • Align HR processes with project timelines and contractual obligations.
  • Supervise site administration, travel logistics, and accommodation for project staff.
  • Prepare bilingual reports on HR policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple geographies.
