A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is seeking a Logistic Executive to ensure smooth shipping operations, manage inventory, and optimize logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include handling shipping documents, coordinating with teams, managing claims, and preparing reports. This role promises a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.

Join our client's team as a Logistic Executive and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth shipping operations, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics processes. Document processing: Handle shipping documents and monitor shipment movements and proof of delivery status.
Coordination: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules for new and existing products.
Claims management: Take responsibility for handling damaged shipment claims.
Logistics planning: Collaborate with logistics planners to forecast customer shipments and develop logistics plans to guarantee product availability and streamline processes.
Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with Facility Manager & Warehouse on detrash & recycling matters, and work with Finance on supplier invoice issues.
Vendor relations: Foster supportive and productive working relationships with vendors and other departments to enhance company competitiveness.
Shipment tracking: Monitor incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
Reporting: Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner.
Educational background: Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Commerce-related disciplines.
Experience: Individuals with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Teamwork: A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
