Job summary
A recruitment advisory is searching for a Logistic Admin Assistant in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for liaising with the sales team on orders, issuing purchase orders, managing stock receipt and delivery, and various logistics tasks. The role offers a starting salary ranging from $2,000 to $2,800, depending on experience. Training will be provided for candidates with a background in logistics or supply chain. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Qualifications
- Preferable work experience with Logistic/Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries.
- Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status.
- Generate Goods Received Notes (GRN).
- Arrange for goods delivery to customer.
- Picking, packing and labeling of products.
- Perform Stock Count.
- Monitor Stock Level.
- Ad-hoc job assigned by management.
Working Day: Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Office Location: Changi North Street 1
Salary: Start from $2,000 - $2,800 (Depend on Experience)
- Generate Quotation: Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries
- Purchasing: Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status
- Stock Receiving & generate Goods Received Notes (GRN)
- Issue D/O and arrange for goods delivery to customer
- Picking, packing and labeling of products
- Perform Stock Count
- Monitor Stock Level
- Ad-hoc job assigned by management
