The Role

This is an opportunity to work closely with a small, experienced team, supporting all aspects of the investment process—from sourcing and diligence to portfolio support and market research. You'll have real responsibility from day one, and the chance to build a meaningful career in climate tech VC.

What You’ll Do

• Research emerging technologies and market trends in climate and nature tech
• Support due diligence and investment analysis on startups globally
• Build financial models and evaluate company performance
• Help develop investment memos and internal materials
• Assist in managing and supporting portfolio companies
• Represent Twynam in founder meetings, conferences, and events
• Contribute ideas, take ownership, and help shape how we invest

What We’re Looking For

We’re not hiring for a resume—we’re hiring for drive, curiosity, and mindset. You might be a final-year student or already have a few years of experience. Either way, you should be:

• Deeply curious and intellectually independent
• A clear communicator with strong writing and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Passionate about startups, technology, and sustainability
• Based in Singapore

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Prior experience in venture capital, startups, consulting, or research
• Technical background in science, engineering, or finance
• Exposure to climate tech, energy pr frontier technologies
