Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Work in close collaboration and partnership with management, line departments or business units and employees in achieving the short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Work with clinical departments and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents.
  • Administer and execute HR functions and processes under his / her charge, e.g. recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, staff wellness, etc.
  • Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular engagement and dialogue sessions with employees to build an open and supportive culture.
  • Participate and support in projects and events, as and when assigned or appointed.
  • Support, promote and participate in company’s innovation initiatives, including staff suggestion and process / work improvement review projects.
  • Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a recognized university, IHRP certification will be an advantage.
  • 3 years in Human Resource function is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
