Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions and develop strategies that meet business needs. You will manage compensation packages, foster employee relations, and ensure effective manpower planning. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HR management experience and a relevant degree. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This role includes day-to-day HR operations and aligning HR policies with company objectives.

Qualifications
