A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, including 2 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include relationship management, overseeing the sales process, and team training. Candidates should be passionate about automotive trends while possessing excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in an authorized dealership environment is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
- Oversee the entire sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular reports to management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team.
Conhecimentos
