Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers.

• Continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their businesses, strategies and challenges, so as to proactively recommend an effective variety of financial products and services to help the customers succeed.

• Promote the cross‑selling of banking products to our customers based on their banking needs, improve our wallet share with the clients, so as to accomplish the branch’s growth targets.

• Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral; structure and complete suitable business loans/ services to the clients; and to follow‑up on client maintenance work post disbursement.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of directly relevant working experience as a Coverage Banker

• Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
