Seeking for a product Manager who can bridge engineering innovation and business outcomes for their Factory Automation (4.0) solutions , an AI-driven automation platform for semiconductor fabs.

1. Product Ownership & Roadmapping
   Define the product strategy and roadmap for Factory 4.0 solutions.
   Align product development with long-term vision to expand into global wafer fabs and new markets.
2. Customer & Market Understanding
   Engage closely with semiconductor manufacturing clients to understand pain points in automation, predictive maintenance, and efficiency.
   Translate client needs into actionable product features and improvements.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
   Work with R&D engineers, software teams, and strategic partners to deliver integrated solutions combining IoT sensors, AI, and robotics.
   Ensure project milestones align with manufacturing requirements, cost targets, and scalability.
4. System Integration & Technical Familiarity
   Oversee the integration of AI-driven sensors, IoT, and data analytics within existing fab environments.
   Possess a working knowledge of semiconductor equipment, automation architecture, or industrial IoT platforms.
5. Commercialization & Business Development
   Support management in product positioning, pricing, and business expansion into new regions.
   Develop marketing collateral or proposals that highlight cost reduction, downtime minimization, and sustainability benefits.
6. Sustainability & Digital Transformation
   Drive initiatives tied to energy reduction, proactive maintenance, and digitization of quality/warehouse systems — key selling points of Factory 4.0.

• Engineering or technical degree (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering).
• Experience with smart manufacturing / Industry 4.0 platforms.
• Exposure to semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong in stakeholder communication, product lifecycle management, and project coordination.
• Comfortable working with AI/IoT-based automation systems.
