Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance business growth by identifying new customers and managing existing accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating proposals and product presentations while developing strong customer relationships. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Manufacturing EMS/ODM business expansion is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new potential customers from the market.
  • Manage overall RPQ/RFI/RFP/RFQ.
  • Create and propose product road map for new business.

  • Responsible for new business budget & proposal
  • To discover and identify new potential customers from the market
  • To increase sales with both existing and new customers
  • Able to manage overall RPQ/RFI/RFP/RFQ
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions; responding to customer requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Creating product presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential customer
  • Responsible for creating and proposing product road map for new business together with inter-department
  • Responsible to create new customer pipeline (increase number of new customer)
  • Responsible for potential customer visit preparation and arrangements
  • Manage and maintain the content of company’s website
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent with a minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing EMS/ODM business expansion in AP, EU and US is an added advantage
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential customers
  • Experience in Project Management and Sales
  • Able to effectively communicate and present in English, in both written and oral for Sales Pitching & Presentation
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, work under pressure or to deliver in short timeline notice
  • Willing to perform Overtime
  • Candidate with no working experience is also welcome to apply
