A leading medical technology company in Singapore is looking for an APAC Associate Manager, Revenue COE. The role involves shaping and operationalizing revenue processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should possess 7–10 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably within a US MNC. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze complex situations are essential. This position offers hybrid work flexibility and a travel requirement of 20%.

Reporting to the APAC Business Controls and Technical Accounting Senior Manager, the APAC Associate Manager, Revenue COE will play an instrumental role in shaping and operationalizing the Revenue Center of Excellence (COE) for the APAC region. This role will support the development of the COE's structure and framework, with the objective of centralizing revenue-related expertise, driving process standardization, and enabling scalability across APAC. The candidate will support day‑to‑day revenue processes, including contract reviews, accounting assessments, and the resolution of complex technical accounting issues related to sales arrangements. This is a highly visible role that will collaborate closely with local Finance teams, Shared Service Center, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance to ensure consistent application of US GAAP and Stryker's revenue policies, while supporting the development of efficient, future‑ready revenue processes. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with local finance teams to assess sales arrangements, identify accounting implications under US GAAP, and provide guidance to ensure transactions comply with Stryker's accounting policies and internal control framework and are recorded appropriately. He/She will support the development and implementation of standardized processes across APAC relating to revenue accounting matters. This role requires a strong understanding of technical accounting, controllership processes, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a combination of professional and commercial experience (7–10 years), with the ability to turn complex accounting topics and financial considerations into actionable business insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate effectively with local finance, commercial, legal, and compliance teams throughout the sales arrangement lifecycle.
