A leading company in sales is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager. This role is centered on driving profitability through effective supplier management, strategic planning, and market analysis. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the product portfolio by identifying and securing quality suppliers, establishing competitive pricing structures, and expanding the company’s sales ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and the development of marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Supplier and Product Management: Identify and secure partnerships with high-quality product suppliers. Negotiate and lock down product prices to maintain competitive advantages. Ensure supplier agreements align with company objectives and comply with quality standards.
Sales Ecosystem Development: Identify and build a comprehensive sales ecosystem encompassing suppliers, marketing and strategy teams, and post-sales technical support. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns. Develop and implement strategies.
Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Provide insights and reports to guide product and sales strategies. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the market.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management including coordination with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure timely quality delivery of projects. Monitor project milestones, manage risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards.
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the LED or electronics industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in supplier negotiation and price management.
Skills and Competencies:
