Job Scope

• Identify and secure new catering opportunities across schools, corporates, campuses, and events; develop strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations to support business expansion.
• Lead projects from planning to handover; prepare pricing, proposals, tenders, and contracts while coordinating with internal teams.
• Track post-launch performance, ensure profitability, and support operational and financial goals.
• Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and boost profits.
