Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, public relations, or marketing (B2B preferred); cochlear implant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets of $2M+ across assigned territory.
• Conduct comprehensive training programs for distributor staff and healthcare professionals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and clinicians.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to adapt business approaches.
