Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Payroll and HR Operations Support professional. The candidate will handle payroll processes, support HR-related tasks, and provide administrative assistance. A minimum of 2 years' payroll experience is required. The Role
  • Handle monthly payroll support: timesheets, OT checks, employee records, GIRO files, and MOM compliance
  • Support onboarding and HR processes: system access, orientation prep, HR trackers, and basic EA/MOM updates
  • Assist with HR-related claims, simple statutory submissions, and general HR enquiries
  • Provide office support: office supplies, pantry items, mail handling, basic IT troubleshooting
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure accurate updates in our HRMS
  • Coordinate simple administrative documents, grant submissions, and project payroll checks
  • Assist with NS claims and basic IR21 where needed
  • Support ad-hoc HR and admin tasks in a structured SOP-driven environment
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience
  • Some background in HR coordination or admin support
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (HRMS, portals, SOPs)
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to self-learn before escalating
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
  • Positive attitude and able to work collaboratively
  • Open to learning across HR operations, payroll, and basic admin
