Salary : $3500 - $4800

Working hours: Mon to Friday 9.00am to 6pm

We are a construction metal / aluminum/ stainless steel / glass fabrication and installation works company .

Now looking at least 7 years’ experience of Account Executive Cum HR Assistant who experienced.

Scope of works :
ACCOUNTS ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full set of account with zero apps
  • Ensure an accurate of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • Liaised with bankers, insurers, and solicitors regarding financial transactions.
  • Prepared SOA and follow up on the payment including project retention payment.
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities.
  • Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely yearend audit.
  • Prepared and submission of quarterly GST submissions.
  • Prepared small claim tribunal documents
  • Support the production team for smooth operations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with customers/suppliers on required material.
  • Prepare purchase orders and delivery orders
HR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Fully handled the recruitment process
  • Managed and prepared letters of offer, employment contracts, staff confirmation, issuance of letters for confirmation, salary increments, promotion, termination, misconduct, etc.
  • Oversaw the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits and Training functions.
  • Updated employee database (including leave, medical claim, childcare leave & NS Claim).
  • Handled payroll functions including CPF, IR8A & IR21.
  • Handled MOM online application with EP & WPOL online
  • Managed BCA contractor renewal and applied for builder license
