A leading security services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll processing and support the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll submissions, handling employee queries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and assisting with HR-related projects. Candidates should have a diploma in relevant fields and at least two years of HR/payroll experience. Strong attention to detail and organization are essential for success in this role.
Reporting to the HR Manager/HR Director, the incumbent will be responsible for overall/end-to-end payroll processes within the organization. As a member of the Human Resources department, you shall be required to contribute to the general department's objective, including attending to employees' HR-related queries and maintaining confidential information.
