Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, with a strong focus on HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and off boarding, and serving as the first point of contact for employee relations. This role does not involve payroll or training responsibilities. It requires meticulous attention to detail, a solid understanding of Singapore’s employment regulations, and a passion for supporting employee growth and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and off boarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle all work pass applications and renewals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programmes, welfare activities, and company events.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an equivalent discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience handling comprehensive HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
