Job Description
Our client, a Japanese trading company specializing in building materials, is looking to hire a Business Development Lead – Real Estate to drive and maximize sales activities while expanding their business presence across the region.
- Identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities in key Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, India, and the Philippines
- Lead end-to-end project development—from initial concept and planning through to sales
- Conduct market and industry trend analysis; share insights across teams and report regularly to senior management
- Collaborate with strategic partners and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure
(Must)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate development
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and relevant real estate legal frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen interest in sustainable development
(Advantageous)
- Experience in real estate development projects in countries such as India or the Philippines
- Variable Bonus (Depending on Company & Individual performance)
