We are seeking a Finance Controller to lead the financial operations in the property development and real estate sector. This strategic leadership role will ensure robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and operational efficiency across multiple entities and projects.

• Oversee group consolidation, statutory reporting, and management reporting for property development and investment entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions for development projects and investment portfolios.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and optimize funding structures for property development and acquisitions.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial insights on project feasibility, capital allocation, and ROI.
• Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices across finance processes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
• Support ERP system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in property development, real estate investment, or related sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage audits, tax matters, and treasury functions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to provide strategic financial advice to support business objectives.
