An established real estate company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Senior Analyst to enhance the performance of retail and commercial properties. You will analyze key performance indicators, assist in strategic asset enhancement initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to maintain commercial viability. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 3 years of experience in asset management.
This is with an established real estate company, and they are inviting a motivated and results orientated individual to join their team as an Senior Analyst, supporting the team in their performance and value enhancement of retail and/or commercial properties in Singapore.
You will be supporting their asset strategies for the retail and/or commercial properties under their care, with a focus on optimising income, enhancing asset value, and ensuring long-term competitiveness in the Singapore market.
