Job Description

Our client, a Japanese trading company specializing in building materials, is looking to hire a Business Development Lead – Real Estate to drive and maximize sales activities while expanding their business presence across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities in key Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, India, and the Philippines
  • Lead end-to-end project development—from initial concept and planning through to sales
  • Conduct market and industry trend analysis; share insights across teams and report regularly to senior management
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure
Requirements & Preferences

(Must)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate development
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and relevant real estate legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen interest in sustainable development

(Advantageous)

  • Experience in real estate development projects in countries such as India or the Philippines
