Job summary
A leading fitness training organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Fitness Trainer to manage manpower allocation and ensure project execution. The ideal candidate should have a Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, along with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the fitness industry. Strong self-management and computer skills are essential. The role offers a base salary with a performance-linked component.

Academy Of Sports And Exercise Science – Jurong Town
As a Senior Fitness Trainer, you shall be responsible for the allocation of manpower for the projects, and be involved in the projects as manpower when needed. You are expected to be responsible and constantly monitor the resources, and respond to the management promptly. You shall possess some level of computer and self‑management skills. Your remuneration shall consist of a base salary and a variable component linked to your KPI scores.
- Minimum a Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, AND NITEC in Fitness Training or a reputable Certified Personal Trainer qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of tracked managerial working experience in the sport and fitness industry.
- Resourceful and able to work independently and fulfill the job scope completely.
- Have a positive and motivating attitude.
- Comfortable with computers and mobile apps.
