Job summary
A leading fitness advisory company in Singapore is seeking a Personal Trainer to guide students effectively in their training and lead small group sessions. Candidates should have at least 1 year of personal training experience and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) qualification. This role emphasizes community building and client motivation within the gym environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide students how to train effectively in a fitness environment.
- Lead small group training sessions to ensure proper exercise technique.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their full potential.
- Provide guidance on exercise, nutrition, and habits.
- Contribute to building a strong community spirit within the gym.

Education
Salary: Basic: $3,000 + Annual Increment (Based on the staff performance)
Work location: Near Dhoby Ghaut MRT
Working days & hours: 5.5 days
- Weekday: Day Shift: 745am-315pm / Night Shift: 145pm-915pm
- Weekends & PH: Day Shift: 745am-115pm / Night Shift: 1245noon-615pm
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred
- Guide students how to train effectively: Coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilizing unique personal trainer system.
- Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 students) to ensure proper exercise technique and students’ safety.
- Foster a positive atmosphere and experience: by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
- Help coach student beyond the gym: by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition and habits.
- Cultivate and maintain community: Grow Our Community by contributing to building a strong, supportive community spirit within the gym.
