• Develop and deliver comprehensive, result-driven training programs for individual clients and small groups
• Lead a variety of group fitness classes, such as strength training, HIIT, yoga, and spin
• Provide exceptional customer service and motivate members to reach their fitness objectives
• Conduct thorough fitness assessments and create personalised plans to help members progress
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge and skills
• Maintain a clean and organised workout space, ensuring equipment is well-maintained
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the brand

• A recognised fitness qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer, preferably in a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
• Ability to work collaboratively with the broader fitness team
• Passion for health and fitness, and a desire to help others achieve their goals
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
