Job summary
A multinational enterprise is seeking a Group HR Director to lead strategic HR initiatives and global talent management. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing/FMCG, strong leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. This role is based in Singapore.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR management within manufacturing/FMCG, with 5+ in leadership.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

We are seeking a dynamic Group HR Director to lead strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and global talent management across its multinational operations.
- Develop HR policies and systems across recruitment, performance, training, and compensation.
- Advise top management on organizational design and human capital strategy.
- Oversee HR governance and compliance across all subsidiaries.
- Lead HR teams to deliver consistent practices and talent pipelines.
- Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- 10+ years in HR management within manufacturing/FMCG, with 5+ in leadership.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
