Human Resources Officer (Asia Pacific Region) - 1 year renewable direct contract

Our client is a Global IT Vendor. They are seeking for an HR Officer based in Hong Kong and covers APAC countries. This role will give you opportunities to work for a MNC software vendor with Regional Exposure.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the HRBP to handle the HR operations in Hong Kong and some countries in APAC
  • Support HR functions including: recruitment logistics, onboarding process, training and development, employee relations, etc.
  • Handle Payroll calculations for one of the APAC countries
  • Assist in performance management processes and cultivate good relations of employees
Requirements
  • Degree in any disciplines
  • Around 2-3 YEARS of work experience as HR generalist
  • Proficiency in MS applications (Excels) and any HR systems
  • Willing to travel (~20%) inside the region as per business needs
  • Ability to work independently and as a team and under pressure
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident
