Job summary
A leading manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and employee data management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in HR, with strong knowledge of labour law. This role entails supporting various HR processes to enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Knowledge of labour law (MOM) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle payroll and leave management processes.
- Manage employee data and recruitment matters.
- Support performance appraisal and compensation activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Administration/Employee Data Management matters
- Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns
- Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding and orientation)
- Data management of leave and claims in HRIS
- Support performance appraisal process and compensation and benefits activities
- Childcare leave claim submission and tracking
- Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations)
- Handle and resolve employee queries
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
