A leading manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and employee data management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in HR, with strong knowledge of labour law. This role entails supporting various HR processes to enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Knowledge of labour law (MOM) is essential.

  • Handle payroll and leave management processes.
  • Manage employee data and recruitment matters.
  • Support performance appraisal and compensation activities.
Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement
  • Administration/Employee Data Management matters
  • Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns
  • Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding and orientation)
  • Data management of leave and claims in HRIS
  • Support performance appraisal process and compensation and benefits activities
  • Childcare leave claim submission and tracking
  • Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations)
  • Handle and resolve employee queries
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Experience – 3 year of experience
  • Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of labour law (MOM)
