Job description

• Manage both white-collar professionals and blue-collar construction workers.
• Oversee the full range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, leave and training administration, employee benefits management, and general HR operations.
• Maintain and update the HR database; prepare monthly reports and complete authority survey forms for submission.
• Provide support across all administrative duties.
• Assist in organizing company events and participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Contribute to HR initiatives, programs, and special projects.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform receptionist duties when required.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
