A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR & Administration support. This role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting employee benefits and recruitment efforts. Candidates should possess a Diploma and be proactive team players. The position is a 1-year contract, with coaching for those without experience.
The role
You will support the HR & Administrative functions by executing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. The role involves supporting the implementation of departmental initiatives and policies and contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of HR processes.

Qualifications
You should possess a Diploma preferably in Business Administration, Business Studies or Engineering. On-the-job coaching will be provided for applicants without work experience.
Note: This is a 1-year contract position (Renewal is subject to business needs and individual performance) and successful incumbent will be emplaced under an outsourced vendor.
