Asst Director/Deputy Director , Human Resource

The AD/DD will provide strategic leadership in medical HR matters, including overseeing the full spectrum of HR work. He/She will work closely with CMB, ACMB (Medical Manpower) and key clinical leaders to drive initiatives such as medical manpower planning, talent management, and business/operational requirements (e.g. increase access to care). The role will also oversee strategic collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside of TTSH (e.g Finance, SCMO, HRSS) to ensure that our medical HR practices remain robust and forward-looking, and aligned to our organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Good degree, preferably with a Graduate Diploma in HRM
  • More than 8 years of HR managerial experience, preferably in a complex large organisation or MNC
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment. Knowledge of healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of emerging HR technologies and ability to drive adoption of digital solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
