A reputable HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for an HR Business Partner Executive. This role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR processes with business goals, coaching managers on performance, and facilitating recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HRBP experience in the logistics sector and possess strong decision-making skills in a diverse culture.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant HRBP experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Deep understanding of business goals, strategic planning, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and senior management.
- Coach managers and employees on talent reviews.
- Collaborate in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Hatch Asia is partnered with a reputable Global Freight Forwarding company in search for an HR Business Partner executive based in Singapore. The role will collaboratively work with the different Business Unit Heads and Regional HR Business Partners.
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and senior management in aligning people and HR processes with overall business objectives
- Provide and coach managers and employees on talent reviews, improve individual and team performance
- Collaborate with the different teams in the end to end recruitment process, workforce forecast and help in developing succesion planning
- Will act as in internal consultants, offering expert advise and solutions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the main point of contact between the business and the HR function
Job Requirements :
- At least 5 years of relevant HRBP experience in the logistics and supply chai industry
- Strong decision making skills and can handle diversed culture
- Deep understanding of business goals, strategic planning, performance management, and how to align HR initiatives witih business objectives.
