A leading engineering group in Singapore is seeking a self-driven HR leader to uplift HR into a strategic business-partnering function. This role involves leading a team to deliver comprehensive HR services, partnering with leadership to align strategies with business goals, and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have proven HR management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. This position offers a dynamic environment to improve employee experience and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR, including leading a team.
- Ability to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in driving HR strategy.
Responsabilités
- Lead a HR team of 4 to deliver end-to-end HR services.
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and off-boarding.
