Job Title: Senior Manager (Projects and Operations)

Reports To: General Manager & MCST’s Chairperson

The Company serves as the managing agent for an MCST development, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance and building services to ensure smooth facility management and regulatory compliance. It manages security, housekeeping, tenant coordination, and the overall upkeep of the property, supporting the council in maintaining a well‑run and high‑quality environment for all occupants.

This is a full‑time, permanent role for a Senior Manager (Projects & Operations), located on‑site in Singapore. The Senior Manager will lead the end‑to‑end execution of MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) projects and manage the operations of the building, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), and Security departments. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high‑quality standards, while maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operational management across all facilities. The Senior Manager will act as the primary liaison with clients, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

• Manage and execute MCST projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives and timelines.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are tracked.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including MCST committee and team members.
• Ensure projects meet the required quality standards, implementing quality control processes as necessary.

• Manage and lead the operations departments, including Building, M&E, and Security, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including MCST committee and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
• Enforce quality assurance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and resolve operational or challenges to prevent disruptions.
• Implement process improvements across projects and operations to enhance productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Convene and conduct Meetings as required under the BMSMA Act.

• Proficiency in Project Management and operations management, preferably within real estate, facilities management, or building services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational functions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MCST regulations, M&E systems, building management, and security operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Inspection processes to ensure high quality and compliance with standards.
• Expertise in Logistics Management and the coordination of resources to maintain smooth project operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant professional certifications or a bachelor’s degree in project management, logistics, engineering, or a related field preferred.

S$8,000 – S$10,000 per month + VB
