Job summary
A leading company in the region is seeking an HR Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and a background in managing multi-country operations and compliance. Strong communication skills and understanding of regional employment laws are essential. This role provides a competitive salary up to $5,500, with opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of relevant HR regional experience.
- Experience in handling multi-country HR operations.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR and administrative functions across the region.
- Ensure HR operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Manage recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Salary: Up to $5,500
Working Hours: 5 days work week
Location: Kallang / Aljunied
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- HR operational excellence, regulatory compliance, people development, and office administration; supporting business objectives and employee engagement initiatives.
- Recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience handling multi-country HR operations, preferably across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Working on regional labour laws, statutory submissions, and employment regulations, including; Singapore Malaysia, Indonesia.
- Performance review cycles, KPI setting, annual appraisals, and salary review exercises.
- Organizing meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Qualification in HR related with min 5 years of relevant HR regional experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of regional employment laws and best practices.
- Short notice commencement would be advantageous.
