A growing company in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage all HR functions and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 3 years of HR experience, especially in the energy or commodities trading sector. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for communication with stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping HR strategies to support business growth.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our Singapore operations, working closely with the management team and Group HR.
As a hands-on HR business partner, you will manage both strategic HR initiatives and daily HR generalist responsibilities, including:

You will play a key role in formulating and implementing HR strategies to ensure the company stays aligned with progressive HR practices and supports business growth.

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the energy, commodities trading sector, or Chinese enterprises

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and related regulations
