Who We Need

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide general admin/operational support to the hospital’s HR team in the following areas:

  • Work Injury Compensation (WICA) cases
  • Medical and Dental claims
  • Employee contract renewal
  • Work Pass (S-Pass/Employment Pass/Work Permit) renewal
  • Dependent Pass/Long Visit Pass application
  • New Joiners: data entry into HR Management System; issuance of staff access cards; reference check and source verification
  • Locum/Temp: IT access, agency invoice
  • P-file management and maintenance
  • Key in updates to HRMS
  • Generate monthly reports e.g. Foreign Worker Levy variance report
  • Process recruitment agency invoices
  • Fruit basket/wreath/condolence token
  • Staff birthday card
  • Prepare presentation slides to report on activities
  • Prepare minutes of meeting (rotation basis) for HR team meetings
How to Succeed
  • Diploma/Degree (entry level candidates or candidates returning to the workforce welcome)
  • Experience in Admin/HR Ops preferred
  • Interest in the field of Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Comfortable working with HR Management System like Unit4 Prosoft
  • Able to cope with fast paced environment and seasonal high volume
