This will be a temporary contract Business Partner position in Medical HR team for the period from March to December 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR business partnering support to division and departments.

  • Support recruitment activities for both specialist and non-specialist positions.

  • Assist with talent acquisition processes and candidate management.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes.

Process medical manpower listing and maintain accurate medical staffing data.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with database management systems advantageous.
