A healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a temporary HR Business Partner in the Medical HR team for March to December 2026. The role involves providing HR support, managing recruitment activities, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree, has 4-5 years of HR experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential to excel in this role.
This will be a temporary contract Business Partner position in Medical HR team for the period from March to December 2026.
Provide HR business partnering support to division and departments.
Support recruitment activities for both specialist and non-specialist positions.
Assist with talent acquisition processes and candidate management.
Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes.
Process medical manpower listing and maintain accurate medical staffing data.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with database management systems advantageous.
