We’re looking for a passionate and strategic HR Manager (Learning & Development & Engagement) to shape our client's learning ecosystem, build future-ready talent, and create an engaging, resilient workplace where people thrive.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned to organisational goals and national/industry best practices.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and develop annual training plans in consultation with Department Heads.
- Coordinate and organise internal and external training programmes, including employee orientation and in-house training.
- Drive e-learning adoption by motivating staff, managing system administration, and tracking completion targets.
- Prepare and present training plans, reports, statistics, and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end training administration including registrations, grants, finance processes, evaluations, and training budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate training records, shared drives, and learning-related documentation.
- Promote learning initiatives through internal platforms such as newsletters and communications channels.
Talent Management (TM)
- Design and implement career progression and succession planning frameworks to support internal mobility, reskilling, and retention.
- Define talent criteria, identify high-potential employees, and develop structured talent development initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to address short- and long-term talent needs.
- Build strong talent pipelines through engagement with key talents, educational institutions, recruitment partners, and employee referrals.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
- Design and execute engagement programmes to strengthen employee connection, motivation, and productivity.
- Champion workplace wellbeing by promoting resilience, positive mindset, and health awareness.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to establish and implement a workplace wellbeing framework.
- Prepare and disseminate staff communications, engagement updates, and relevant reports.
- Support ad-hoc HR and people initiatives as required.
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Employee Engagement.
- Comfortable managing LMS platforms; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and e-learning/virtual training tools is an advantage.
