About Our Client

Our client is a growing Financial Institution in Singapore. As the firm continues to build out its platform, it is hiring an experienced HR & Office Manager to oversee HR operations and office administration in a lean, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, leave, CPF contributions and employee records.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MAS requirements (Fit and Proper Criteria, RNF).
  • Handle EP applications, performance cycles and annual IR8A preparation.
  • Support audits and process improvements.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration.
Requirements
  • Degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR operations experience, ideally in a standalone role.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulatory frameworks is essential.
  • Hands-on, organised and able to operate independently.
