• Assist in KBHSA / Convocation (Academic Procession)
• Support Convocation in Academic Procession, etc.
• Verify attendant list, transport schedule, and seating arrangement updates.
• Printing of guest speakers’ speeches, convocation letters, address labels, etc.
• Prepare and send academic procession members and guest speaker packages.
• Prepare and print prompt cards.
• Setup of blue room and crimson room, including arrangement of academic gowns before and after all the Convocation Ceremonies.
• Roster for duty in Blue Room and Crimson Room for academic procession during Convocation.
• Assist in stage marshal duty
• All other work as instructed by the Convo Team.

• Assist in Statistical Data for Convocation
• Extract data from databases, search, match, and conduct big data analysis in preparation for Convo
• Support KBHSA, including collating updates on awardees and honoured teachers, updating the write-up for the award booklet, preparing required logistics for the presentation of the award during Convocation, etc.
• Prepare and print attendance cards.
• Roster for duty at the info counter during the Convocation period.
• All other work as instructed by the Convo Team.
