Introduction

The Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC) organization is a critical part of the broader Lubricants business, essential for marketplace success. In LSC Asia Pacific (AP), we operate 8 Blending Plants and 3 Grease Plants in more than 10 countries, supporting a business of about 1 billion liters yearly.

Reporting to the Senior Production Planner SG, the role holder will carry out procurement and management of packaging material according to global / Regional and Local strategies.

The purpose of this role is to maintain Master Data updates and aid the production planning team in various activities. This role will be expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders including 3rd Party Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Updates

• Monitoring and ensuring data in R/3 and O8 is updated as of current, resolving any issues in BOM / Routing / PV set up.
• Planning Parameter update
• Supporting in System Set-Up

Stock Movement Optimization

• Assist in optimizing stock movements between production > warehousing > end customer. Identifying cause of delays and work with respective owners to resolve issues

New Product BCI / MOC

• Assist in product BCI and ensuring respective parties perform the necessary actions within timeline.

Data Extraction and Dissemination

• Extract and manage critical data used for BCP
• Extract relevant data for Monthly KPI review
• Update relevant dashboard with extracted information

Assist in meeting preparation and execution

• Prepare and host Daily Morning Meeting
• Support Weekly and Monthly Planning meetings
• Summarizing key actions from meetings

Supporting role for Planning & Logistics Functions

• Assist in packaging material purchasing and payment
• Assist in automating current manual processes in planning & logistics function
• Assist in Projects
