Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Office Coordinator who will manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, arrange travel bookings, and support event logistics. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office and pantry supplies and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related matters.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate communication.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodations.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements for meetings and events.

Job description

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of materials, and any changes.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements (venue, catering, setups, etc.) for meetings and events.
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure necessary equipment and refreshments are arranged.
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects, assigned by supervisor/HOD.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experiences
