Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Executive to support our daily operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and exceptional communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations while assisting in marketing and sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • ✅Customer & Vendor Communication – Handle inquiries, feedback, and correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally.
  • ✅Marketing Support – Manage and update content on social media and website, and assist in producing marketing collaterals.
  • ✅Administrative Support – Perform data entry, filing, and maintain records to support business operations.
  • ✅Sales Coordination – Assist sales representatives with preparing quotations, invoices.
  • ✅Logistics & Documentation – Coordinate with vendors, process shipping documents, track shipments, and ensure timely material delivery.
  • ✅Regulatory Compliance – Handle regulatory applications and ensure compliance with prevailing policies.
  • ✅Ad-hoc Duties – Provide support to the team as assigned by the manager.
