A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking a human resources professional to handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resources and 1-3 years of experience in HR functions. This role involves maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Handle HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Administer benefits, attendance, leave, and performance appraisal processes.
Prepare and submit work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Assist in preparing HR reports, official correspondence, and company documentation.
Diploma in Human Resources discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in similar HR and admin functions would be preferred.
