We’re hiring an Office Manager cum HR to take charge of day-to-day operations, support our growing team, and help us scale smarter. You’ll manage HR and office admin, shape team culture, and take the lead on applying for business grants that fuel our growth.

You’ll work closely with the founders, learn the ropes behind how a business is built and grown, and play a key role in keeping our team aligned, supported, and running at full speed.

What You’ll Own:
  • People Ops – onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, insurance, and coordination with our outsourced HR/payroll vendor
  • Office Ops – pantry, supplies, vendor coordination, general admin tasks
  • Recruitment – manage hiring processes for both local and remote roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Team Culture – plan team lunches, bonding activities, birthdays, retreats
  • HR Admin & Compliance – update handbooks, policies, and maintain proper documentation
  • Government Grants – research, prepare, and submit applications for relevant business grants (EnterpriseSG, PSG, etc.)
  • Workflow & Accountability – ensure internal processes are tracked and followed (we use Asana)
