A construction company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Document Control Coordinator to manage project documents and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in business administration or construction management, has at least 2 years of experience in document control within the construction industry, and is proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of DAR/Insight is a plus.
1. Establish and maintain document register and databases
2. Prepare and submit documents to LTA, civil and E&M contractors.
3. Manage and Share all the I/O letters (LTA, Civil and E&M contractors) with related departments internally.
4. Keeps track of project control/monitoring documents and files and circulate those documents.
6. Collect and store the project completion documents.
7. Necessary documentation for ISO auditing.
8. Handle general administrative duties.
