Job description

Contract Period : 15 Dec 2025 – 27 Nov 2026

Salary : $2580 per month

Working hour : 7am to 4.30pm (including 1 hr lunch)

Location : Jurong West

• Provide frontline customer service i.e. man the reception; answer phone queries; attend to walk-in customers (including visitors, vendors, parents and students), receive delivery of goods; handle loan of spare uniforms and lost & found items etc.
• Attend to unwell students and provide basic first aid when necessary.
• Contact parents regarding follow up matters, e.g. submission of documents; MC/excuse letter submissions from students.
• Manage Student Report books; file and photocopy documents such as result slips.
• Print materials such as worksheets and exam papers; other administrative duties when required etc.
