Attraction Ops (Customer Service) - Gardens by the Bay
Weekdays : $10
Weekend : $12
Job scope :
Provide information and assistance to visitors
Assist to enforce safe distancing and safe management measures
Ensure ticket and attraction admission checks
Responding to accidents and emergencies
Assist to facilitate events and programs held within the place.
Must be able to commit at least 2 weekdays AND 1 weekend, shifts will be given according to availability, operation needs and work performance (after start work)
Working Hours (10 - 12 hours shift): 8.30 am - 9.30 pm (with unpaid lunch and dinner meal break), shift timing maybe reduced if operation does not requires longer working hours (but will be given at least 6 hours working shift)
Must be able to withstand long standing hours
Comfortable working in both indoor (air-con) and outdoor environment
Customer-oriented and have patience to assist guest enquires
Outspoken and approachable
Must be fullyvaccinated
