Customer Care Executive (Inbound Sales) - General Insurance
Job summary
A customer service company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated customer service representative. You will handle customer enquiries, manage sales and post-sale service, and develop relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a general insurance certification as a plus. This role requires strong communication and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service work experience.
- General Insurance certification would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, sales, post-sale service and relationship management.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance sales and satisfaction.
- Manage incoming calls for pre-sales and service enquiries.

- Handle customer enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
