Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, HTML, HTML5, Java Script and CSS etc.)

  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and metadata for SEO and conversion

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies

  • Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery

  • Analyze customer behavior and implement strategies to improve user experience and reduce cart abandonment

  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities

  • Assist in A/B testing and website enhancements to drive performance

  • Work with customer service to manage reviews and resolve escalated issues on online platforms

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento, or WooCommerce

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising
