Responsibilities

• Operational Management:

◦ Plan and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

◦ Manage warehouse operations, including stock audits, cycle counts, and loss prevention.

◦ Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

• Process Optimization:

◦ Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow and reduce lead times.

◦ Analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, freight costs) and report findings to senior management.

• Compliance & Safety:

◦ Ensure adherence to local/international regulations (e.g., customs, hazardous materials).

◦ Promote workplace safety protocols and sustainability initiatives.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

◦ Liaise with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.

◦ Resolve escalated customer inquiries related to shipping delays or damages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
• Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
