A leading company in the drilling industry is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Officer. The role involves supporting technical and logistic matters, managing customer communications, and ensuring efficient coordination of site operations. The ideal candidate will have an ITE or diploma in engineering, at least 1 year experience, and bilingual skills in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Min ITE or diploma in Engineering Discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Support on technical, operations, and logistic matters.
• Prepare quotation/Delivery order and update daily jobs on CRM system.
• Coordinate on site installation and delivery schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support on all technical, operations, and logistic matters

• Handle and liaise incoming shipment

• Prepare quotation/Delivery order

• Update daily jobs on CRM system

• Follow up with Customer on site situation/installation date/demo/training

• Coordinate on all site installation/delivery schedule

• Any adhoc duties as per assigned
  

Requirement

• Min ITE or diploma in Engineering Discipline

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience

• Bilingual in English

• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers

• Proficient in MS office applications

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Posses initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
