Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders, including stock availability and delivery arrangements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to secure orders.
  • Handle customer complaints as needed.
  • Coordinate returns and verify product conditions with relevant teams.
  • Update systems with order and delivery information.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or above.
  • Preferably relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and office software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
