  • Attend, resolve and report customer complaints, escalating unresolved cases to the reporting manager.
  • Support and assist all customer-related matters, including customers' transactions records.
  • Coordinate, record, monitor and update appointments and members' attendance.

Your contributions to our joint success:
  • Manage front-desk duties and enquiries accurately and professionally.
  • Serve and engage walk-in customers, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
  • Attend, resolve and report customer complaints, escalating unresolved cases to the reporting manager.
  • Support and assist all customer-related matters, including customers’ transaction records.
  • Coordinate, record, monitor and update appointments and members’ attendance.
  • Ensure all posters and promotional materials are updated and signage is visibly displayed.
  • Monitor outlet inventory and replenish stock according to branch transfer procedures.
  • Maintain branch cleanliness and image to ensure excellent operations.
