Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Client Contract Management Analyst with at least 7-10 years of experience in contract management or business operations, preferably within the fintech industry. Responsibilities include overseeing contract administration, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely contract processing. - Manage client contract administration including drafting and processing.
- Ensure timely approvals of contracts with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and manage contract information.

- Serve as the key Client Contract Management owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating client contract administration process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders' approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Manage post-contract administration activities including and not limited to distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders, handling of hardcopies, contracts filing, database management, audit enquiries, and other post-execution activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Other ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Required education: Bachelors degree at minimum.
- 7-10 years of business service management experience in contract management or business operations, preferably in the payment services industry/banking and financial institutions/technology and digital payments/fintech.
- Highly-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and to follow procedures-driven process in managing requests from stakeholders across various functions at all levels of management throughout the organisation under minimal supervision within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs)..
- Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible.
- Openness to active developmental feedback and coaching from peers and managers.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, eSignature tool, and computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Experience with management reporting and data analytical tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau a plus.
